CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, olympians, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing in one area. We teach Functional movements. What does this mean? Simply put, every movement we teach in CrossFit Wild, you also use in every day life. We like to see our athlete see results from a great program rather than side effects from medications due to poor body conditioning, to include nutrition.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability. Making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We have used our same routines for the young and young at heart. We scale load and intensity to the athlete!!
