1. Are you interested in seeing and participating in one of the WOD’s (Workout of the Day) you keep hearing about? Contact us, or stop in. We will set up a time for you to see CrossFit Wild in ACTION and participate!! First class on us!! You will also get a tour of the facility and the opportunity to speak with one of our knowledgeable coaches about your fitness goals. For drop ins, please arrive 15 minutes before class start times.
2. We will teach new CrossFitters the basic movements, skills, and nutritional knowledge that you will use in the group classes. We will also give you the attention that you deserve to gradually increase your performance.
3. Sign up and participate in the Group classes. These classes run every day of the week except Sunday. These classes are designed to get you to the results you desire. Gain strength and endurance, lose weight, achieve better agility and balance, coordination and accuracy. Every single athlete will see amazing results. If you give us everything you have, I guarantee results!!! You will have a great time. The community and friendship bonds that are formed cannot be matched anywhere, and I do mean anywhere else!!!!!
