Ab Mat Sit ups: 20-40-60-80-100

Pull Ups:  25-20-15-10-5 

30 Minute time limit!!

Make sure you chose weights that you can handle, it is a lot of DL reps, be smart with your training

just because we give RX weights, it doesn’t mean you are ready for it. Always focus on FORM/ INTENSITY VS WEIGHTS!!
